July Art Stroll

July 2, 2015 In: art, nightlife Comments (None)

First Friday Art Stroll falls on July 3rd and there have been questions about the date because of the holiday week – YES art stroll is still happening on July 3rd! Here’s what’s happening on Historic 25th:

Paintings from local artist Carmen Davis will be on display and available for purchase at Green the World, along with the eco-friendly, locally-crafted accessories and decor we’ve come to love and expect from GTW.

Pandemonium Art Gallery has new art by David Bown, Vanessa Colunga, Stephen Henry, and gallery owner, Jane Font. They’ll also be highlighting work from Sarah Larsen throughout the month of July.

Bella Muse Studios and Gallery is hosting a new exhibit “Boots Required” featuring work from Kyle Paliotto, Jody Anderson, Jerry Hancock, Laurie Stevens, Elizabeth Robbins, and Shanna Kunz.

“Northern Plains Shield”  by Elizabeth Robbins at Bella Muse.

Each of these locations typically offer refreshments, so come early before the treats are gone! Art Stroll begins at 6 pm and most locations will be buzzing until around 9 pm. Several of the bars and restaurants have live, local musicians performing so even when you’ve made your way through the galleries and shops, there’s plenty to do on a Friday night in Ogden!

Additional art stroll participants: Gallery 25, A Good Life Cafe, Lucky Slice Pizza, Union Station Galleries, and more. First Friday Art Stroll is coordinated through Ogden City Arts. Check the City Guide for additional locations.

*As a reminder, the “pop up” farmers market will be happening on Saturday morning even on July 4th*
